Brisebois,Perreault ready to come back

On rds.ca

It says Brisebois and Perreault are ready to come back and that it is uncertain wether they will be or won't be in the lineup come MOnday

For Pittsburgh, Lemieux is still not ready and Fleury will not play so Caron should get the start.

So is Kilger benched, Komisarek?

I think we should go like this:

Bulis-Koivu-Ryder
Zednik-Ribs-Dagenais
Sunds-Perreault-Dackell
Langdon-Gratton-Juneau

*Juneau's back is acting up again*

Brisebois-Markov
Rivet-Bouillon
Quintal-Souray

*nOT IN any order*

There are currently 22 active players on the roster by my count:

Koivu
Ribeiro
Gratton
Juneau
Langdon
Bulis
Zednik
Sundstrom
Dackell
Ryder
Dagenais
Audette
Kilger
Komisarek
Dykhuis
Markov
Souray
Quintal
Rivet
Bouillon
Garon
Theodore

3 players on the IR (Brisebois, Perreault, Begin)

1 player on a conditioning stint in the AHL (Ward)

How long is the maximum amount of time a player can be sent on a conditioning stint? I believe it's 7-12 days, but I could be wrong.

If Brisebois and Perreault come off the IR, then there's 24 players on the active roster. Someone would need to be moved.

It's been mentioned that Dykhuis was an emergency callup, and can be sent back down without passing waivers. Does anyone know if Dykhuis was indeed an emergency callup? Regardless, even if Dykhuis is sent down, there's still going to be 1 player too many when Ward is recalled.

Who goes? My guess is Audette, unless Perreault can be traded. I think Audette is finally done here. Dagenais seems to have found his fit with Ribeiro. He's certainly looking better there than either Audette or Perreault, and Julien seems to be confident in the Ribeiro-Dagenais trio.

With the way Gratton was used last night in taking important faceoffs, and playing the PK, it leads me to believe Julien's confident in Gratton's play and was 'showcasing' his abilities to Gainey, so they can see what they've got in Gratton. My guess is that his strong faceoff ability will make Perreault seem that much more expendable. Best guess is this is what happens:

Bulis-Koivu-Ryder
Zednik-Ribeiro-Dagenais
Sundstrom-Juneau-Dackell
Langdon-Gratton-Ward
Kilger

Souray-Quintal
Markov-Brisebois
Bouillon-Rivet

I'd be surprised to see Perreault and Audette end the season in Montreal, or even here past January.

because he was playing before with Markov , and Markov was playing brutal too.At least ,Julien is trying to build the confidence of Markov , who is playing better hockey since is not playing with Rivest '' the -9 ''
