Let's see. I think Ottawa will get their next goal around 5:00 mins left in the second. Then the Rangers will score in the third. Then immediately, the senators will score making 4-2. Rangers put on a show and get nowhere with it then Ottawa scores on a breakaway to make it 5-2. Game ends. Rangers back under .500 and everyone starts looking forward to Pitchers and Catchers.

Lalime is standing on his head, its not like the Rangers are playing poorly, Sens capitalized on a slow second period start, Rangers need to get motivated in the third

Yea, that's what is. That is the answer to this 7 year mess. The apposing goaltenders. Oh, and also the Rangers' slow periods.

I think Sather has let us down for the last season. I cannot see him lasting after this one. I think Sather will be shown the door. They showed Neil Smith the door after 3 consecutive years out right? Well how does Sather get to hang around after 4 consecutive years out?!?

hah I was really talking about this game, if Lalime hadnt made some sick saves this game would be all Rangers, credit him for an Ottawa victory (most likely)

Don't go getting all big picture on us :p

Yea, but its not like we're making it hard on him. If we were a good team, both Nedved and Kovalev would know to roof the puck when the goalie is sliding his pad across. And Holik shouldnt try to fake him out on a breakaway. Just shoot the puck.

And our defensive zone coverage is horrible. No better than it was last year, or the year before.

Agree, but there isnt much we can do about it until we ship out the saps we have on D... so no sense complaining about it, our voice is unheard

It's frustrating but never too boring watching the Rags.

The Knicks and Giants are great if you enjoy boring.

It has more to do with bad coaching than the players. We've had alot of different players here over the last 7 years, but still the same crap. Guys not backchecking, leaving guys wide open in the slot, not finishing checks, etc.. I think this group is capable of playing sound defensively every shift.
