He'll still be an RFA too. By then we can decide if he can be signed long-term or not.

That's a $1.225M cap #

Good. He was one guy that I was worried about getting an RFA offer.

I think he'll be around 20g 25a. Hopefully a bit more.

Great news, this is the icing on the Sens victory for me. I like the numbers as well, esp. the part about him still being a RFA in two years.

I can't help thinking that mark may be a little upset that there are no number nines in this contract.

I dunno, I'm still worried about Pitts. He may not have had his best year, but there is still a ton of interest for him out there.

That goal could very well be in my top ten all-time regular season favorites.

Me too. For me it ranks right up there with Simon scoring 7 seconds into OT against the Rangers last season.

Believe it or not, Alexander Daigle had one in what would be Wayne Cashman's last game as head coach.

Another good move, I was worried they would only quallify him. Happy to see they got a two year done.

Great news! I wasn't too concerned, but it's nice to have that one done.

LOL - that was the first thing I checked! You'd think they could have thrown one in there, huh?

Agreed - it was terrific when it happened, and just as much fun to watch the replays!

who's he going to play with? He could score 30-35 with a good offensive center or 20 with Richards.
