Preds v Wild GDT

Okay boys, let's show our expansion brethern how a real team is built!

Shish gets his first NHL goal-he's going to be the scoring punch we need right now.

Lets hope so. We need a win here. The Wild have been playing rather well as of late. We only have 1 win in our last 7 games.

"Scottie Upshall will miss a minimum of 3-4 weeks with a sprained left knee."

This is Shish's time, lets hope he is allowed a spot on a scoring line and some decent ice time. Too bad for Upshall, he was just beginning to get the hang of things again, but its another setback for him. He'll be in Milwaukee for probably the rest of this season after this injury it looks like, unless we are hit with more injuries. Hope we can pull off a win here, I'd like to gain ground/seperation from a couple of these teams we are battling right now.

The battle of the 2 lowest paid teams in the NHL

As I believe in jinxing a team, I won't make any predictions. I do, however, hope that Shishkanov has an excellent game and is able to chalk up his first NHL goal. I bet that kid is nervous right now.

Good luck Shish!!!

Paper made it sound like he'd take Erat's place on the Vowel line and Erat would join the Leggy line.

Does anyone know what the word is on Scott Hartnell? I noticed that he wasn't listed as on the roster or as a scratch on ESPN.com.

He's out for two weeks, as per the Titansean Saturday Paper...so probably back the 2nd week of January.

What about Shish? Did we not dress a whole roster, or is he just had no ice time yet?

Just a small amount ice time. He's got 7:23 of Even Strength ice time and is -1...from the Wiemer goal.

Although, he's got more than Tootoo and McKenzie...he saw double the time in the second period than in the first. No shots yet though.
