hamstring

i injured my hamsring playong soccer.. it hurt ptretty bad.. especially when i sit... any1 know when it'll get better? tajnks

Rest it don't me stuberd(sp) and try to keep playing or doing stuff just rest in try to walk at a miniminum(sp).

If it's been more than 36 hours since you injured it, and your hamstring hurts when you're sitting, then there's probably something seriously wrong with it.

Go to a real doctor and get it checked out.

Well the muscles in your hamstring (one of them) connect to your hip, so it will be pulled when you're sitting..Just try and stretch it out when you can, and ice it too! Good luck

Just a general rule of thumb, if you've torn the hamstring (which is a possibility given the fact that it hurts when you sit still), you normally say around 4 weeks without action. If you tore your hammy, you'd sure as hell know about it when it happened, it would've really hurt.

its still the same.. if it doesnt get bette rin a couple of days i might go see a doc...
by the way.. if i do good on tryuts in about 2 months i get a 1 or 2 month trial with slavia prauge!
