What's the story with Yushkevich?

I didn't even realize he wasn't playing until now. What's the story? Is he healthy? Is anyone going to sign him?

What has he not been signed? I thought he was a pretty good defenseman, and there are a lot of teams that could use a defenseman.

Yeah but at this point in his career, he is pretty much exclusively a PP specialist, and there are other such players available: Delmore, Tarnstrom, etc.

I'm surprised no one picked up Yushkevich. Anyone know the knock against him? Health problems?

Wasn't Washington banking on him signing somewhere so they could pick up a conditional draft pick? I guess they essentially gave away a 7th rounder.
