The Caps would probably pass on both. Not enough in it for them, and the 15th and the 6th aren't worth that much.

The Caps need veteran players, not picks and/or prospects.

The first option would be a draft day trade, if at all - if someone GMGM wants is at 15. We have enough redundant 23-25 year old 4th line centers as it is. Why not pick up Gillies at 15 to replace Sutherby and his 17 points? And get anther pick in a deep, but unspectacular draft?

Eh, maybe...
