I was just wondering what they are going to do with this kid. He is a great player and when he comes back from the tourny i say keep him up and give him a shot. If the jackets keep losing why not?

I was all for playing him when he earned the spot in camp. After seeing how terrible we've been though, I'm wondering if finishing the season as a scorer wouldn't help him more than centering the fourth line in Columbus. We'll see.

It's nice to have problems like this, eh?

The Smart Money says that he is the next Manny Malhotra, rushed too fast, not getting the playing time he needs. I think he will have success, but not for 5 Years.

Keeping Fritsche on the worst team in the NHL not getting the ice time he needs to develop, being a healthy scratch, not scoring ,that will really make him a great player.He had his shot he did not produce ,send him down.
