For those of you who are going, do not and i repeat do NOT order the footlong hot dog. Unless you plan on hitting big on the slots a little earlier. The price for that sucker is $24.

That's insanity.

I can't imagine spending that much for a hot dog.

Wow... and I thought $10 for a beer was crazy...

You're joking, right?

Enjoy the party, and make sure to bring some money. As a few have written, that joint can be pretty expensive. Fun, but pricey.

Will check in now and then from C-Bus. Plan on leaving my Michigan cap at home.

Jeezus! That goes beyond crazy! Their hot dogs better be wrapped in actual gold or come with a side of upper level Opening Night tickets for a price that ridiculous

wow, that's crazy (the hot dog price). And if you feel like actually hitting the casino, and think, "Hey, if I win, I'll stop," don't go with anybody else. I went with a friend a few months ago, just because we were bored, and brought a whopping $50 - won up to a little over $100, and walked out. He refused to stop playing 'til he won his money back. I ended up with ten cents on a piece of paper that I ended up misplacing anyway, because I had to kill so much time waiting for him to run out. If you win, get out before your luck runs out.

It's a really fun place, though. I'm still considering going this year, but if I did, that $40 VIP thing definitely seems like the way to go.

No wonder it's $24. It's a Kobe Beef hot dog. That's silly. It'd be like making Sangria with a $100 bottle of wine. What's the point?

Have fun, I'd go but I'm not a big fan of Hard Rock. I think I'll check if IncredibleIce is airing it at the upstairs bar.

Does the VIP room offer a better view of the TVs or anything else besides the free food and drink?

Well from the looks of this picture yeah it gets you above the crowd and a better view of the monster screens.

Have fun. I don't feel like paying $200- $400 for a plane ticket to fly 2,000 miles across the country to pay $24 for a hot dog.
