Who else wants to see this as a future ranger line?

Cherepanov-Anisimov-Bourret

I am salivating for this...I know Cherry is a RW, but he can play the LW too

who else is thinking about this?.. or some other line that you guys think about happening in the ranger team in the near future?

i would like to think that cherry would play on a line with some established veteran talent on a #1 line

I'm dying to see Dubinsky and Dupont play together next season on the Wolfpack.... They would form a real physical and nasty line....

The 3rd guy I had planned for that line was Callahan. But Cally kind of spoiled that plan!

Don't rule it out as a possible 3rd line for the Rangers a couple years down the road.

Dupont-Dubinsky-Bourret

this years top line on the pack??

I would love to see Anisimov and Bourret playing together on the pack this year though!

I would rather have cherepanov on the right side.

rightside- cherepanov, bourret, callahan
leftside- korps, prucha, dawes, dupont

Im thinking Dubinsky has at least a decent shot at making the Rangers this year. Depending on Free agency, he could have a great chance

I hoping that the second C job will go to him or our Fin that for some reason just can't seem to get people to like him...

Red, don't you think that's a little unrealistic? There's no veterans on that team (other then Avery)... you need Veterans to win... That's like the all young guns team... Not really any chance of that happening.

I was going to say the same thing...but he only said that this is a lineup he would like to see. Never said he thought it would happen.

I love your spirit and committment to the rebuild, but that line up will never happen.

The Rangers will ALWAYS have some Marquee player/s

Not to say some of those guys couldnt turn into superstars but they'll have some mentors along the way.

lol...do you remember those threads where they ask what if we had kept all of our drafted players and we throw out rosters with kovalev, amonte, savard....
Well this is that thread 10 years from now...

Yeah it's totally not realistic, but can you blame a guy for dreaming?

The guy is looking pretty nice, and I usually don't jump the gun on our prospects.

I don't know if he's 1st line material, but 2nd line might work nicely.

I would love to see Cherry Alex play RW with LK on LW sometime in the future.

Dupont will be a LW in the pro's. He played on the top line at LW in Calgary, next to Ryan White.

i really like anisimov but like malkin i think he'd be a better winger to be honest. and if that doesn't bode well as GOOD as dubi can be at second line center he probably could be a GREAT third line center. still dont' see that true number one in the system and that very well may have to be a free agent which is fine. the whole team isn't going to be homegrown.

I'd like to see the following:

Cherry-Dubi-Cally

Not only would the line have a cool nickname (The AC-DC line) but I think it would be lethal. I think alot of people are selling Cally short. When all is said and done he will be a top 6 forward.
