What the hell is wrong with you all? I see Rangers fans all over this site say Rags. Is this like black people calling themselves the N word? Is it somehow cool to adopt our rivals derogatory nickname for us and use it ourselves?
It really bugs the hell out of me. I suspect people say it and don't even realize what they are saying. At least, I hope so.

Come on, you can't say RAGS. Because Thordic hates RAGS. And he's just so self-important he decided to make a whole thread just to tell us that he hates RAGS and that we should stop saying RAGS, because RAGS is the N-Word. That's right! infact when someone says Rags it reminds me of the Nickelodeon show Rug Rags back in the day so I dont really have any negative feeling towards it, and honestly.. comparing the word Rags to the N word is pretty stupid considering the history that lies behind the N word, sorry.
regarding this topic, all i can say is....relax Thordic. first and foremost you realize most Ranger fans are new yorkers. and with most new yorkers, the second you give up your weakness, there will be a plethora of people attacking it, whether it be in jest or not.
