I think we'll win this game.
No way Hitch will lose in Dallas.

the Flyers need to put in a real good effort tonight, not that they didn't in the game against the Lanch but they need to turn this around and start winning again.

LET'S GO FLYERS!

I'm just looking for a solid performance from Esche and for Roenick to get in his token destruction of Modano.

So far a decent performance, but they definitely need to play better to win this game. Dallas looks hungry and have a good streak going in their last 10 games, unlike us Kappy is hurt which sucks arse cause he's been real good lately, and Esche looks very good early. He clearly deserves to be our starter, i'll give him credit for his puck handling abilities, they've certainly improved from last year.

This will be a tie

1-1

Defence looks more confident thats for shure.Esche also looking solid in goal.
Talk about a wide open net for Comrie! Good sprwaling poke check by Turco on Gange, or it would have been 2-0.
Roenick is moving real well out there and passing the puck like he did in the win vs. the Islanders. (hope they hold on to their leed over the Devils!)

I normally just read afterwards to get some more opinions on the game, during them, when I'm awake anyway, I watch our GDT for talk about the things I can't see like how Pitkanen's doing and whether Hackett's let in a softy

No, it's just always like that on the Stars board. There's only like 4 or 5 real fans of the Dallas Stars on HFboards.

Primeau looked great there in the second... except for giving them the PP!
The last 5-6mins, it looked as if the Stars were on a monster PP.They really got pumped up with the PP goal, they had great pressure and jump after that, really up on their toes.
Like I said in another thread, our "star" top line players need to start adding to their offensive numbers.I keep hearing about 'double digit" goals, but their numbers haven't really gone anywhere in weeks. These guy have to play the way they are capable of.
These goals from young guys and D-men are great, but we need them to be in addition to the pucks in net by the veterans - not in place of them!

The ref hates the Flyers so they'll have to work extra hard.
