The title is fine. It says Kozlov in Dallas, not Kozlov to Dallas. He was in Dallas and Frisco today to tour the arena, practice facilities, etc.
Dallas Morning News confirms the report that Kozlov was in town. He is rumored to be deciding between Dallas and Atlanta. Should know by end of the week.

Not good. Now the only way to get an offensive forward to via trade. That means we will likely have to deal Boucher. I'm really confused as to what "the plan" is right now.

At least we get to chose the player we want rather than be forced to go with all that's left at the open market and have him setting the demands. Don't forget that we still have an abundance of defensive prospects and a few forward prospects who are much of the same. We can still deal from a position of strenght as they have solid trade value. Plus, I wouldn't hesitate dealing our first as we'd probably draft the usual: "potential-Morrow-clone-but-will-likely-end-up-more-like-Tyler-Bouck".
We're always *****ing about our youth, but now is the time to give them increasing roles, mistakes includes.

I agree with most of what you say.... however, you've gotta have 1st's to trade them.
Now, I wouldn't be opposed to a trade of some combination of Norstrom/Boucher/Smith/spare parts to bring in a scoring winger. But I agree its time to cut the young guys loose and let them show what they can do.

Exactly. Everyone is always complaining about the lack of production coming from our youth, but they aren't going to impress, statistically, when playing checking line duties.

Problem is they're not good enough to play elsewhere. They're not playing those roles by accident.
You saw last season. Everyone of consequence was injured for awhile. We actually got to see all the prospects in the top roles. And it wasn't pretty.
