Boston Trade Proposals

I've been bored over the xmas break so i came up with some trade proposals but they weren't very interesting so i made up some ridiculous trades that will never happen. enjoy.

to philly
thornton
murray
mcgillis(not likely wanted back in philly so maybe replace with rolston or gill)
morissonn

to boston
pitkanen
primeau
williams

to chicago
raycroft
gill (or mcgillis)

to boston
thibault
4 (or another late(r) pick)

to colorado
potvin
2nd or 3rd round pick

to boston
skoula

to tampa bay
mcgillis (or rolston)
2nd round pick
(zamuner - if they'll take him)

to boston
richards

Boston gets absolutely ripped in every deal except Tampa. Or if that pick is a 4th or later to Colorado for skoula.

i would agree except most of the bruins involved (outside of thornton, raycroft (over-rated by most right now imo), gill, and morissonn are all UFA's. Coincidering Boston's recent off-season antics most likely wouldnt return anyways.

Thornton is the only untouchable on the Bruins right now, everyone else is up for sale.

I think the Potvin deal is the best for Boston. Skoula would really help them and they are able to replace Potvin with Thomas or Toivonen. They would also be able to find out if Raycroft is the long-term solution in goal.

Somehow, I doubt the Bruins' goal is to get older and more expensive.
