Well this is the night *gulp* where Perreault takes on the 1st line center job.

I'm off to a little new year party of mine so I'll tape that game. It'll allow me to FF Perreault's shifts when I watch it latter on.

Here's hoping Theodore gets a stellar showing and with a bit of luck, Plekanec sees his first regular season game instead of kilger on the 4th line.

The Stars have played well lately. Very well.

They overcame a two-goal deficit to tie the Flyers on Monday night, after winning their 4th in a row Saturday night. They are 6 - 2 - 2 in their last 10 games, 6 - 1 - 3 in their last 10 at home.

If the Habs win tonight, Mr. Jose Theodore must be first star.

Be nice to enter the new year on a positive note though.....

3 -2 Habs.

Great lines JL...I was just reading on RDS and Plekanec will be in the lineup tonight.

We are going to need a big effort from Jose tonight. Lets hope Perrault uses this oppurtunity to show his worth with the team. With Koivu out of the lineup everyone is going to have to step up!

I see a 2-2 tie.

We WILL win this one guys!

It is time to end the Stars' streak right there and win it, I'd say 3-2!

4-2 Stars. Turco is just as hot as Theo, and they simply have more firepower.

I can't remember the last time we beat the Stars and sadly I don't think tonight will be the night.

I love your predictions.

I'll say 4-1 Habs to balance it out.

Interesting to see what Pleks can do tonight. I imagine Langdon will sit, which is fine I think he shouldn't be playing nearly as many games as he has been lately.

Morrow shooted in the net after the play and Souray was upset so they started to "fight" a little bit, something like that..

Plekanec's on the 4th centreing Langdon and Ward. He didn't get very much icetime. Didn't look bad, but wasn't great either.

Looks like it's another night of the Theodore Canadiens. Bouillon and Rivet are playing terrible. They're running around and have no communication between them at all. Ribs looks disinterested as has been the norm the last half dozen games or so, I think it's times he takes a seat in the press box for a game or two.

Without Koivu we're going to have trouble scoring tonight. Hopefully Souray can weave some of his magic.

I am so sick of watching Perreault almost but not quite involving himself in the play. If there is a scrum he stays away from. I don't care if the guy wins every faceoff for the rest of his career... if he wants to play he should show some desire.

Plekanec has twice the heart that Yanic has!

Looks like Ward has replaced Dagenais on the 2nd line for the 3rd, Juneau doesn't seem to be playing and Langdon hasn't been on the ice.

Short bench for the 3rd?

Is Plekanec playing tonight? I'm at someone's house for new years and away from my television set so I'm refreshing espn.com to try and keep up with the score (which has been, uhhh... easy.)

What number is he wearing? And someone please summarize the game for me so far in a couple of sentences. I wish I could be watching...

Yes, he's playing. He's wearing #35.

Summarize?

Let's see... Defense, defense, defense, Stars score, defense, defense, defense. There have been about 10 shots on goal for the Habs :| They are really missing Koivu out there.
