I still think that Montoya is going to get traded this summer, Valiquette will be back in Hartford and someone like Robert Esche will be working the bench door.

I think it's a real crapshoot to go into the season with having only one goaltender with any significant NHL experience in your organization. Plus, Lundqvist will be under even more pressure to produce, having a poor backup will only add to that pressure.

Going into the season with Valiquette is like having history repeat itself. Even Jason Muzzatti had more NHL experience.
