Do you know of a way we can legally bet on this fight over the internet? I'd like to put a hundred or two on my horse. I'd prefer to bet against you, but if it's not possible, maybe we could just place seperate bets. Do you know anything about this, or have any interest?
No interest here. I'm 99.9% sure that Taylor dominates but I'm not a betting man, at least not with real money.

Not even less than $200 in real money? $100? $50? How much is enough to make it fun but not put you out too much(I'm probably more broke than you, I'm just stupid)? Can we even do that, legally? I'd do an avatar bet, but it won't be any fun because I sense that you aren't exactly a Taylor fan, nor do you actually dislike Pavlik. Plus, this is a hockey board. Vcash is...whatever, it's not fun because I really don't care at all if I lose it. Hmmm...we should work something out.
The card was postponed til Nov. 3rd. Marquez has a broken hand, or somethink similar. I saw a picture of it, it wasnt pretty. Also, it is now JMM vs. Rocky Juarez instead of Barrios. The Ouma vs. Mora fight is no longer listed as being on the undercard. Hopefully HBO comes to their senses, and realizes this card is not PPV material, as it was originally supposed to be PPV.
No, Vitali pulled out, fights off. If Im not mistaken, it is a back injury that caused him to withdraw.

Ok thanks, I was pretty sure I had read Vitali was hurt.
I didn't see the countdown either but even guys I've known for years who are huge boxing people are leaning (or at least hoping) for a Pavlik victory. I still call it all hype and expect taylor to have a dominating victory.
As for the fight itself, I'm just glad to finally have a decent fight to watch. Boxing is on the deathbed as it is, having to go months without any decent matchups isn't helping.
