Selanne is going to live in Socal whether he retires, plays for the Ducks, or plays for another team. He's moving to a new house in Socal I guarantee. His kids love it here and he loves it here, he ain't moving. He can still spend summers in Finland.

I love Teemu, but to be honest. It wouldn't really surprise me seeing him come back and play for another team. Hockey is a business at the end of the day.

I live near Teemu and I find this hard to believe. He would have had to put his house up on the market prior to the season ending. $Mil homes dont sell just like that, regardless of who you are.

I won't say which is his house, but it's shown as sold! However, I dont know when it was last updated. I imagine its not that old though.

But like I said, there is a excellent chance that it was on the market before the end of the playoffs.

Either he sold it to move elsewhere locally, or he knew this would be his last year????
