A very good hockey day, Sakic and Kariya are back to complete the top 6, Vancouver loses in regulation, and the US defeats Canada to win its first WJC Gold. Hopefully starting against the Blue Jackets we will see a scoring binge like Detroit has had lately. I want to see the top 6 get a chance to gel for the first time all year.

I enjoyed it. Too bad the GWG was such a wierd play. Reminded me of the lucky goals Dallas scored in Game 7 of the 2000 WCF against Colorado. There's no doubt Canada would have won the tournament if they had Nash, Horton, Stall, etc.

This is my official doubt, just so I can destroy that silly sentence.

I'm sure someone else in the universe has a doubt too, so next time add a "in my mind" when you are claiming stuff like that.

If Finland had Saku Koivu in Salt Lake, there is no doubt they would have taken home the gold, silver and bronze. Silver and bronze teams would have handed out their medals to Finns because of their sheer dominance. They would have bowed down and kissed the skates of Koivu. Then U.S airforce would have flown team Finland back home and 8 million finns (there are only 5 mill, but people would multiply out of happiness) would stand and cheer. Prime minister of Canada would have applied for Finnish citizenship. There is absolutely no doubt.

F you. I can write whatever the hell I feel. There's no doubt you went too far to prove your point.

Wouldn't Forsberg have been a better choice for your doubt? I can see that scenario happening with Foppa playing for Sweden. Maybe Salo doesn't become the goat that he is today .

Relax, it's not like he insulted your mother or something. Just because he didn't add the words, "in my mind" to a statement that is probably true without them, doesn't mean you should go on a sarcastic rant.

Errm, relax yourself, right? The original point was silly and was rightfully ridiculed.

It it useless speculating how team XYZ would surely have won a tournament had they only had players A, B and C on board, and then stating this as an uncontested fact. It's just that, speculation. What matters is reality and results.
