Sorry, but I think you are the one who is in for a surprise. Our defense has been upgraded big time, and what was once considered a weakness, can now probably be considered a strength.

New additions to our d-core: Timonen, Smith, Kukkonen, Coburn, Parent (?)

Are you serious? You obviously have not looked at our roster lately.

Coburn/Kukkonen are young, but they've proven that they are efficient. Timonen is stellar offensively. Smith will do anything to win.

There ARE problems with our previous defense, but you cannot deny that we have talent in the ranks. Saying that the D will go nowhere is unfair, and hopefully very, very wrong.

Quickest turnaround in NHL History would be impressive. Even the quickest turnaround in 1 year would be impressive.

The Pens went from last in the East, to almost winning the division.
Not saying you guys can't or won't, just saying.

u saw what 2 hoarses did for the ducks last year.

Those weren't 2 ordinary horses, they were thoroughbreds.
