He played well while he was here. I must admit I was less than impressed after training camp and the bears game.
Yeah, he had a fairly good camp and was the last d-man to be cut, as I recall, but apparently struggled a lot at first in Toronto. Good to see him come back and play well enough to get the call-up, and then do well in his games here. Could be that Lowe wants to get an NHL-level look at some of our d-men to get a better sense of who he could trade & who he should hold onto?
But sending him back is probably to help out the Toronto blue-line, as the Roadrunners have had some defensemen injured lately as well.
