our sched for the next 10 games

as the saying goes, you gotta make hay when the sun shines. Our sched for the next 10 is pretty darned weak. I checked with Sagarins and we have played the toughest schedule so far of any nhl team. Here is our upcomming sched with that teams rank based on their record vs strength of schedule.

NYI 11
Phi 6
Caps 28
Flor 24
Ducks 25
Preds 19
Jackets 29
Stars 20
Tampa 21
Preds 19

we play a top 10 team once, a top 15 team only twice. If we don't go 8-2 or 7-3,then our season is pretty much over.

Well, knowing that we've had the toughest schedule up to this point makes me feel just a *little* better. And we definitely need a good run very soon to be in the hunt, but at least it's only 4 points out of the last playoff spot (last I looked - yesterday?) and we actually have a game or two in hand on two of the teams in front of us.

Let's go, boys...!
