Why wasn't Hemsky suspended?

I mean after that hit on Alex Henry, he should've got a game misconduct or something for attempting to injure (even if he wasn't trying too) or cross check to the back but even that, the NHL should have reviewed the play and either fined Hemsky or suspended him for a couple games for that hit on Henry!

They did send a tape of the game to the league offices, but it was for the whole lifting-the-net thing at the end, from what I understood.

Had Henry been injured on that play it might have been different, but it wasn't viewed as a blatant intent-to-injure hit, I'd imagine, so I guess I'm not too surprised nothing was done about it.

Well the Sundin talks really got me interested on why Hemsky didn't get hit with a fine or a suspension.
