A CBA Question

What does "designated for assignment" mean according to the CBA? Is a player removed from the reserve list? Does anyone have the link for the CBA? Thanks in advance.

Here's a link to the part of the CBA that deals with player assignments. There are different types of assignments, you just have to scroll down and find the one you want.
