This guy has always bothered me. Remember last years Arvedson/Domi incident? Alfredsson tried to take Domi's head off with his stick? Cowards like 'Alf' need a good beat down.

I think he did...but it was probably something the Leafs are going to remember for next time.

Kidd is accustomed to being the starter prior to signing with Toronto, so it's not like he can't handle the workload.
I understand the sentiment though.

I'm not particularly fond of Alfredsson either FWIW.
I'm seldom one to promote a fight, but Perrott seldom seems to do anything else and perhaps a fight will at least liven the game up for the poor fans in attendance.
I'm dubious Alfredsson would allow himself to be goaded into a fight however.

From what I've heard Sundin and Alfie are pretty good friends, so I doubt he'd be too PO'd.The rest of the team might be a different story though.

And oh yeah: *cough* He beat down your precious Doug Gilmour *cough*

I wouldn't be surprised if BoBo gets plastered the next time these teams play.

Is the word "your" really that difficult to comprehend?Weren't the Leafs also supposed to "plaster" him after he annihilated Tucker in the playoffs? What happened then?Oh that's right, nothing.

Well, it will be interesting. Friday is Ken Daneyko night, so NJ better win that game and maybe pull off another win vs. Toronto. Burns also blew up after yesterdays awful game and questioned NJ's heart and character. Will NJ respond? I hope so.

You know, I have to admit that when I watched the highlights of the game, they showed Alf's stupid mockery, I found it amusing but it showed no class. Seriously, that guy just makes me want to have a fit. I hope Telly gets the start on Saturday if Belfour isn't back. I've never really had any faith in Kidd. Just when I was starting to get it back, he loses, but then again, we had many regulars out of the line up. Yikes, what a game.

He doesn't even come close to Sundin. Alfredsson is nothing but a weasel.

Now that I've had an hour to cool down, that loss doesn't seem nearly as irritating as when we had just gone down 5-0. It was just an off night IMHO. However New Jersey will be a tough test, regardless if we have Belfour and Sundin back. It will take a smart, 60 minute effort, and DISCIPLINE.

The 7-1 score just further shows the Leafs that smart defensive play wins games, no matter how good you're playing.

I'm sure he will pay for it someday. He won't fight so it most likely will be someone taking a run at him. Quinn even mentioned in the post game that he'll get it when he leasts expects it.

Don't we play them 4 more times this year?

The Devils called up today Rob Skrlac from Albany, he's a 6'5 245 pound winger who has played over 250 games there and has three goals, six assists and about 25,000 penalty minutes. My feeling is he was called up just for the Leafs (well actually Domi) Saturday night. This could be real intresting.

Well, I missed the game, but it sounded pretty pathetic. Hopefully we'll see some guys come back from injury soon so the Leafs can get on with things.

Why can't games like these be like skills competitions, where no matter the score, the two teams agree near the end of the game to base the result on the next and final goal.

That's honor.
