I'm currently in my french class, and I have to write up a speech on the upcoming CBA, and all those great things. I'm having a hard time finding any real facts about what will take place, and such. So if anyone has any links or writeups about it, I would greatly appreciate the help!
Thanks a million!
Essentially, collective bargaining is governed by the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Anything that concerns "wages, hours or working conditions" must be collectively bargained for. Consequently, the CBA will largely address these issues. Let me know if you need more info.
