A PP goal would be really great here. Seriously.

Case in point... Semin is struggling for a stretch and the Caps immediately begin airing, incongruously, an NHL goals montage.
I won't disagree -- I'd prefer to see many, many angles of the play in question.

Yahoo listed the assists on AO's goal as Joel Bouchard and Dean Arsene.

Washington 14:54, Alexander Ovechkin 1 (Joel Bouchard, Dean Arsene)

???

I can't believe you are going to bit* about essentially a 5-3 PP (penalty just ended) after a rebound that deflected off the post right to Briere. If anyone is at fault its the captain for taking a stupid offensive zone penalty while on the PK.

too many right shots on that unit. everyone's trying to go through ovechkin, which puts their back to the goal. green made a great pinch on that one that the puck carrier didn't see b/c of it.

Eeeasy. I was partially joking, although in all seriousness, Schultz should not have been in the slot. That is the forward's job. He should have been down low keeping an eye on Briere.

It was a lousy call on Clark.

Just got in and got a quick peek at the scoreboard. Doesn't look too good. I notice Ovie has a goal, but how has he looked tonight?

Don't you wish we took Malkin instead of Ovie?

Yeah I stopped going to games because fans at home on TV would always know what happened long before anyone at the rink would. The Caps have been afraid to show the most important replays in every damn game as you know. They think the fans will riot; well they will be likely to riot when they dont show the replay. I used to email Ted over it.
