Really nobody surprising on that list IMO. Nobody I would really want to see in a Bluenote all season long either...lol I don't see too many waiver claims happening for this round.

Rycroft? I thought he was coach Q's love child and would always have a spot on his team

This seems to indicate that Mike Johnson will be signed, or The Blues will carry 8 defencemen (or a trade of a defenceman for a forward is in the works).

Perron made the team I guess. I really hope he sticks with the NHL.

The last real love child relationship was Kitchen and Wideman....

When Kitch was fired .....Wideman was traded a week later ..... So, far he has been awful in Boston, too .... A smart trade for the Blues!

One week later?

December 11, 2006 - Kitchen fired; Murray in as coach.

February 27, 2007 - Boyes to St. Louis for Wideman

Time between the two: 2 months, 16 days

Hyperbole does not make a statement untrue. Wideman should've been moved to wing or something.
