Id like to see either Staal, Dubinsky or Girardi get their first goal tonight

I wouldn't count on Dubinsky scoring tonight if he's playing with Orr and Hollweg. If he was playing w/ Shanny and Straka I definately could see it happening though.

I just want to see them get 2 points and stay healthy - end of story. i dont care who scores or even if they play a full 60 minute game.

Get in, win, get out - go to Boston.

Thats ****ing it. I dont like this Atlanta team.

Teams in frail states do wacky ****.

Mannnnn, if anyone deserves a goal it's Girardi. Poor guy shoots the puck 50 times a game (and gets it on net too) and he just hasn't found the first of his NHL career yet.

He deserves it...

I expect a 7-0 schooling like game for making us wait this long between games. Make it worth it!!

LET GO RANGERS!!!!

It feels like the Rangers haven't played in a week. This early schedule is uneven.

Is Hossa (ATL) playing tonight?

A win is a win, whoever went on the Devils board to mock them for winning a game is an idiot. Even last nights fiasco with the Penguins isn't something to make fun of them about, they got 2 points. Its the end result that matters in the long run.

Thrasher lines for the game:

Kozlov-Perrin-Hossa
Kovalchuk-White-Slater
Sterling-Little-Heydar
Larsen-Holik-Dupuis

Enstrom-Havelid
Zhitnik-McCarthy
Exelby-Klee

My guts say that Lehtonen gets the start. Should be a good one. I'll say that you guys take this game in wild fashion. 5-4 in OT or in a SO.

Perrin and White as your #1 and #2 centers... sheesh... and we are worried about who fills the Rangers #3 center position and some are still crying after Matt Cullen...

Hope Chris Drury wakes up and starts producing!

Good stuff. I actually think that's another thing that plays into Atlanta's favor - we absolutely DESTROYED Lehtonen in last year's playoffs. You know he is going to want some payback too.

As it's been said, lets just get a win, avoid injuries and head up to Boston.

John Dellapina is reporting that Malik will definitely be scratched tonight and Pock will play with Roszival.

I am a little nervous. The Rangers are playing a trap game tonite...meaning that this may not be as easy as it looks. Granted Atlanta is 0-6, but with the firing of their coach and the GM taking over the helm this could be a tougher game then the Rangers think. They better come out playing hard and very assertive!!!

Every team the Rangers face this year is going to bring their 'A' game so rather than worrying about the opponent, they just need to focus on their own game and get some chemistry going. Hopefully it will happen sooner than later, and when it does we will have a fun team to watch IMO.
