Bruins versus Red Sox

Unless I'm mistaken, the Bruins and Sox are on at the same time. What are you going to do with both important games on, the Bruins home opener and life & death for the Sox ?

I've been actually watching the Bruins more. Possibly because hockey is non stop, and baseball is more drawn out. The game where Cleveland scored 7 in the 13th conflicted with the Bruins.

I'll be watching the Bruins online and clicking over to cbs.sportsline to track the Sox. Maybe I'll tune in on the radio so I can hear 'He hits a popup (sigh)'.

I believe that the Bruins are on NESN while the Sox are on Fox. How many of you have picture in picture so you can mute the Fox commentary ?

Same here.

I'm sure they'll have a score update for the Sox game on the jumbotron every once in a while.

I'll watch both games but I'll watch the entire Bruins game (unless they are being blown out) and I'll watch the sox game during the first and second intermissions and during TV timeouts.

Bruins, thanks. I'll be at the game. And I'm sure the Sox will still be playing after the Bruins game.

My non-hockey fan buddy e-mailed me today telling me he gave his work tickets to some of his staff because he wants to watch the Sox game. And his tickets were in the club level.

Are you serious? That sucks and doesn't make any sense. Normally they go with the home team and I normally get more B's feeds than not. I would hope/think for a teams home opener they would have the home town teams feed.

I'll be at the game, and may bring a radio or something with me. I'm guessing they'll put periodic Sox updates on the scoreboard, or at least I hope they do.

Although I am not a fan of baseball, I wish the Red Sox the very best of luck and hope they win. Go Sox!

With that said, I bleed Black N Gold, and even in the worst of times, nothing prevents me from watching my B's, even if I have to tape the game and watch it later (because sometimes, real life happens outside of hockey and one has no choice ).

Bruins only. I never liked baseball - too slow and too boring for my liking.

Tampa has a good crew and a presentable game telecast. Their color announcer is a horrible homer though.

Very casual Sox fan here so I'll be checking Sox score during B's commercials/intermissions.
