Sadly, the most entertaining part of this game for Flyers fans will be Hitchcock's post game comments.

Let's give credit to the Pens, they have played the Flyers very very tough all year.

I've pretty much given up on us winning a game. At this point I would settle for a goal - any goal - by anyone in an orange and black jersey.

sami kapanen is not far from finishing his career in Finland. he took a four on two to the corner and shoveled it at Aubin. He is lost.

Best line was the Handzus line with LeClair and Recchi. They had chances nearly every shift and I don't remember them having bad chances against them. Some of the missed shots by some players was really frustrating to watch. The stuff the puck from around the net has got to stop though. It isn't a very effective way to try to score. Handzus did it a couple of times.

Williams benched for most of the latter part of the game. Hitchcock mentioned the lack of scoring of he and Gagne. Roenick was miffed and suggested that Hitchcock is going to ruin them. That's how it started with Barber. Players weren't happy that Barber sat Williams in the playoffs.

For the record, I have nothing wrong with Roenick's comments after the game about the obstruction, but it went both ways tonight. It just happened to be mainly in favor of the Pens because a lot of the five on five play was played in our end.

Anyways, good game. The obstruction wasn't that bad and neither was this game. Maybe one of our few remaining wins of the year.

PS, want to trade for Aubin?

Roenick had little room to complain. It went both ways with all the picks being thrown. Reminded me of a Lakers game.

I unfortunately got to watch this at the Wachovia center and I want my money back. These guys are afraid to compete I think. I saw a lot of standing around waiting for someone else to do something. I saw a lot of meandering while the Pens youngsters were aggressively chasing the puck. Pass after damn pass after damn pass. It's one thing to be patient and methodical, but this was more no sense of urgency and no idea what to do with the puck.

Handzus looks like he's skating in mud and like a lot of the guys he would cough up the puck when he got bumped. Gagne was aggressive defensively, but he and Roenick couldn't get on the same page offensively. Roenick made some horrible decisions with the puck. Passing was soft and often intercepted. Play on the puck was soft.

Players that looked lost out there; Amonte, Roenick, Kapanen, Brashear(would you please use that big body for what it's meant for!) LeClair.

Players I wouldn't miss; Handzus, Brashear, LeClair(I appreciate what he's done in the past but that is becoming a distant memory), Kapanen, Amonte, Somik, Hackett, Esche, Weinrich, Therien.

Let's get some kids up to the big club so we can see a competetive loss for a change, or an aggressive, hard fought victory maybe.

The power play had regressed to last year's level. A 5 on 3, for 1:48, and barely a shot on goal. HORRIBLE!!!

It's just amazing that how bad they are playing, they really aren't losing ground to the Debs.

if you ask me we've gone beyond the level of suck to a whole new category of plain crap. They're playing like they want Hitch fired, but Hitch ain't moving, it's time for this team to take the criticism from their coach and stick to the damn system to win!!!

The Flyers are starting to look laughable. How bad does a team have to be to look the Pens look good. My friends from Pittsburgh were calling me all night doging our team. This team is just SAD. This team needs a real Goal scorer.

Hitch changes the lines after every shift and wonders why they can't score. He won a Cup how?
