Cant really explain..but once you get it it's pretty sweet. USed it during warm-ups but really hard to do in games, unless your Mr Crosby

Practice the hell out of it, it gives awesome bragging rights.

To do one is hard to explain but basically your stick needs a bit of flex to do it easiest it doesn't have to be super whippy but if its stiff as a tree it's makes it way harder then it needs to be. You need to get your stick down real low then I kinda just give it a good flex and do a scooping motion with my stick. I found it easier to do it on my backhand first so you might wanna try that. Start trying to scoop it up while standing still then once you get that down you can try it skating. Once you have no problem picking it up its pretty easy to practice things with it like picking it up between your legs or doing a 360 and shooting.

One other thing to mention if your doing it on ice you will have trouble doing it once your stick tape gets wets as you'll lose the grip you need.

Can't really explain how to do it, but you can cheat a little by putting wax on your stick. Putting wax on your stick gives you better puck control and keeps the snow off the tape.
