Isn't Holland like a +8 ?

Gleason is still developing... if it's a choice between an adequate or decent older player and a 21 year old you're developing, I'll take the older player with the +8 rating on a team in critical condition.

Agreed, plus it could give him a chance to play pk and develope his offense. At his age it is rare for a dman to play effective minutes. This will give him that chance.

He should have never been here in the first place. I'm a big fan of Tim Gleason, but he needs at least one to two years of development in the "A" before he actually played in the NHL. I'm glad he got the experience, but players like Rullier or Muir should have got the nod..........but hey i'm no coach, and I respect their knowledge of the sport. But from a fans point of view, you can see it. Same opinion on Dustin Brown.
