Can't have a Devils game without Chico. I love it when he goes through the replays and starts writing all over the screen to the point where you can't even tell what he's trying to explain, lol.

It wouldnt be Devils hockey without Doc and Chico, my homerism aside, they have to be one of the best pairs in sports broadcasting. They compliment each other perfectally. The elquent sounding doctor and the word fumbling yet passionate goalie from Moose Jaw.
He mad a comment last night vs TB, And i Think he was commenting on Gionta's Speed using the Metaphor like he was driving through Montana!!!
Doc had questioned him on it later saying whats wuith Montana (obviously i am Paraphrasing People) and Chico said there is no speed limit in Montana. Then Doc replied---"I always wondered how you got to Saskatchewan so quickly"
Was just watching a little bit of the game from last night and he was talking about how Madden and Pando were benefitting from the new Devils style and how Pando is a goal scorer and he once scored 38 goals in one season in the NHL. I like these kinds of mistakes he makes because you know what he's trying to say but because that toupee glue is slowing his brain from firing on all cylinders, something like that comes out. It just aggrivates me a little that Doc is either A.) Ignoring him and missed the mistake, or B.) too nice a guy to correct him every 3 minutes.

Yeah well he's ours and we love him. And actually he's not dumb - he's just not polished. The points he tries to make are completely valid, just them words gets all jumbled in him head and out come they in order wrong from his mouth area.

I do like Chico though, his cheerleading on the Janssen goal was a priceless moment.

i was thinking the same thing when i was typing this. he was like "O BOY CAM JANSSEN you know i know we arent suppose to root for players but, GO CAM HUH HA"

He's not dumb.. hes just a free spirited kinda guy. A lot of older men are like that.. Chico always looks on the bright side and is always chucklin.. nothing wrong with that..

Thats what I originally thought he said but I couldn't remember for sure! I honestly can't think of a more entertaining duo then our two guys and I watch a lot of hockey. There may be better ones by themselves but none have the chemistry or entertainment value of these two.
