You need to start your list with Prucha. He's probably in the most jeopardy right now.

FLYLINE: Prucha has been added

Hossa has got to be one, thank god im not coach becuase im done with him, he's got skills, but way, way to inconsistant

unfortunalty probably prucha, don't want to but this team is too soft without HOllywood and Orr, one of them and Hossa sits, idk

honestly for the past couple of games ivs totally forgot about straka and cally

Hossa sits, Dawes goes to Hartford

I consider myself a Hossa fan, but he's not playing very well (and I'm not talking about goals and assists)

and Dawes just because it's easy

Agreed..i never agree with you usually...but Hossa has been bad (and im a big fan like you)....if Renney wants to put him on the 4th line of PK use then im fine with that..but he has been terrible on offense.

I'd sit Orr and Hossa. We already have 2 guys who can fight when needed (Avery and Hollweg, although normally I prefer Hollweg doesn't fight), so Orr can definitely be made expendable IMHO.

I like Hossa alot, but he just is not having a good season. Dawes has struggled at times, but he can put the puck in the net and I don't think you can afford to lose any offense from the lineup.

I agree as well with the Hossa sentiments.

I voted Hollweg for the other one.

i say hossa for sure. Then its a toss up between Hollweg and Orr.

Then Renney can try Straka with Drury and Prucha and bring up Dawes with Jagr and Dubi. Or reverse that and put Prucha w/ Jagr but Hossa isn't working on that line

edit: forgot about Cally... well that causes a problem now....I guess Prucha may be the odd man out, unless Renney opts to get rid of Orr and Hollywood from the lineup.

then we can run a lineup ala the Sabres of last year

We should trade Hossa for scrap metal while he still has some semblance of value.

for the record, if everyone was healthy for tomorrow's game, it'd be:

straka-dubinsky-jagr
avery-gomez-shanahan
dawes-drury-callahan
hossa-betts-orr

prucha, hollweg

malik-rozsival
tyutin-girardi
staal-mara
strudwick

lundqvist
valiquette

Orr
Prucha

Orr because I don't think what he adds as an enforcer offsets the fact that every other player on that list is a much better hockey player. Play him for select games, but there's no way he should be playing on a regular basis over those other forwards.

Prucha is painful, but he's just not adding much and I think Hossa gives you a lot more on the 4th line than Petr does. Ultimately I think a trade is coming. I still think Prucha can put up 30 goals in this league, but he's in desperate need of a change of scenery, and he just isn't playing well enough to distinguish himself right now.

I might consider starting Prucha on the 4th over Hollweg, but again, I think Ryan gives you more in a 4th line roll than Petr does.

if we can get a 7th round for a prospect like we did with Russel, we should be able to get a 4th for Hossa.

I voted Hollweg and Prucha - hollweg for sure but prucha came down to him and hossa, but I think hossa hasnt gotten hurt and hes been playing first line and against first liners. Throw him on the 3rd or 4th and he should be fine.

I think Hossa has more value on the fourth line than Orr, so I would sit Orr first. Then, since Prucha is not playing too well, sit him down, at least for a couple game. Also, rotate Orr in for Hollweg or Hossa if needed. I would also try playing Malik with Mara when the former comes back. I like those forward lines posted above me, except Hollweg for Orr on a regular basis. I'm a Prucha fan, but don't see much out of him so far. Hopefully it is just a slump, and he will perform when he gets another chance if he has to sit out a few.

Trading Hossa while he is still on the first line would make sense, too.

I think Coach Renney will sit Hossa and Prucha since the fourth line has been doing a commendable job and he won't want to break that up. He will sit Hossa when Straka comes back, then Prucha for Callahan.

Yeah, but he's not doing it here.

Free up a spot for someone who will.

I would alternate Hossa, Hollweg, and Orr on the 4rth line. I would sit Prucha against tough teams.
