I wonder if we could take Calgary. They were on a tear last week and I thought they'd pull away from Nashville for good. Now they have back to back home losses. If they lose at San Jose and split the LA and/or Phoenix series they might be within reach.

But of course #8 is a-ok with me. No need to be greedy. Besides, a first round series w/the wheels might be the most interesting set of games Nashville has ever seen.

And Calgary just scored a goal in their own empty net. My point exactly.

what's with the Wild this season?, shut out again tonight.

and it doesnt look like we will get any help from the Coyotes tonight. Our buddy Hulse is a -2 on the night so far with plenty of hockey to play.

excellent. brendan morrow scores a heartbreaking goal in the final minute of regulation to tie the game, then guerin wins in OT. anything to slow the Oil down is good. granted, they get one point..but we've got a game in hand, and this could kill some of their momentum.

it would be great if the Quackers could keep up this little bit of momentum they've got going and knock off the blues, tomorrow.

Good one. Actually, I'm quite fine and dandy as my team is comfortably in the playoff picture while you guys are scrambling like eggs just to get in. Nice loss to the Ducks. That HAS to hurt . Losing to the Ducks at home is like losing to the Penguins.

As much as I hate the Predators, I still would rather them make it than the Oilers so start winning some games. It's not like you don't have the easiest schedule ever known to man.

CBJ
NYR
CHI (2)

Where can we sign up for this crappy division ???

Agreed. I can't wait until they play again next season (if there is a season). This is quickly turning into a rivalry. Both teams absolutely hate each other and the fans are chirping back and forth, it's the start of a LONG rivalry IMO.

I actually like most the fans on the calgary side except for that snakeeye guy the homerism gets old quick. Oliwa is probably my fav. enforcer to. It's a shame he plays for Calgary. other then that I love to hate Calgary

I kinda want Columbus to get a win tonight so they get it out of their system and aren't looking to "bounce back" against us. We need the points and they need to lose in their quest for a high pick. Hopefully they see it that way as well!

And you have your wish! I think the Jackets shot their load, so to speak, tonight. Three wins a row is their max before they start crashing back to earth.
