Any Cool Places to Propose in Windsor, Canada?

Next month (December 1-2), my girlfriend and I are going to a Detroit RedWings game and then we are staying the night and hanging out for the rest of the weekend in Windsor. I plan to propose to her in Windsor, but I am having a very difficult time finding a nice, original, unique place to propose (since I've never been there). She has asked that it not be in a crowded restaurant and that it not be at the game. Are there any neat places in Windsor where I can propose to her?

I haven't spent a great deal of time in Windsor in recent years, but there are a couple of really nice spots along the river.

Can you walk across the bridge? If so, you could go into the middle (it's international waters) and say something sappy related to that.

Good luck!

Riverfront might be one of the best options. Pretty neat especially with Detroit skyline lit up. However, would be chilly.
