Who's been thinking that Brashear needs to take a scratch now and then? Seems he can play a little....still.

Reminds of of the Gonchar/Bondra days.

It's an interesting setup, with 2 playmakers and 3 shooters (if you count Poti). Backstrom and Nylander both have fairly poor shots (Nylander's currently being better than Backstrom's), but you can't play too far off of them because their passes are so accurate. Hopefully the success will continue.

Canes with another PP after a Clark penalty.

Clark takes *another* dumb offensive zone penalty.

Doing it all season, Bruce.

I didnt mind Clark's brawl penalties last night. Sometimes a captain has to pick his spots and do something when a shakeup is in order, standing up for a teammate. He doesnt usually take dumb pims.

So yeah...it very much has to do with the Capitals (Bruce Boudreau) so you can go s#*# it.
I did notice the Nova Scotia under the oil drop, but I thought it was a Sidney Crosby reference and made me hate you even more. Still, someone should get working on some nice Capitals avatars.

I'll go with something more positive when (if?) they get to .500.

EDIT: I'd love to see Cole in a Caps uniform.

i like this team. i like this team a lot. that one shift there that had sidenberg on the ice for about 12 minutes straight made me as happy as anything we've done this whole season.

Looks like a caps PP. Thought backstrom was going to get it for running into grahme...but hedican was on his way to the box when they went to commercial.

I'd like to see another multi point night for NB!

lol nylander skated in front of the goal and did a behind the back pass to Brash instead of shooting. Players will eventually start to expect those.
