For all the whining and moaning...

I'd like to remind everyone the rangers are still 2nd in the division, and 5th in the conference. for a team that hasn't had its full roster since opening night, and has yet to play a full 60 minutes of dominance, I'd say thats not too bad. so lets all make threads to kick out jagr, fire renney, and burn the the whole sucker down!!!

I'll be there on thursday, cheering on my boys when they finally whip the snot out of the fishsticks, and look forward to coming back home to see an endless line of threads stating the team is ready to turn it around.

that is all

We just better not lose to the Islanders again.

That is all

Bet we will, and by the end of the game Dipietro will probably have a league leading save percentage. Then the Islander fans will invade our boards to tell us how great he is because he has no problem handling our amazing offense and awesome effort we undoubtably put out there every time we face him

But seriously, I think it's going to take a while for this team to play like a real team. Probably 10 or 20 more games, unfortunately

You think that can't happen?

I don't know, hopefully they'll beat em.

I'm not watching the game live anyway, I'm watching Packers/Boys, die hard Packer fan my whole life, the Rangers are first and this is a big game, but the Packer game is giant!! Plus, I watched all three of the games this year they lost against the isles, maybe I'll change the fortunes.

It's more the fact there is no passion, or emotion out there. And when we face the Isles, the team seems to take it as any other game. Frustrating for fans atleast.

Very true. Offensively, we can only get better from here on out. So we can only improve for the remainder of the season.
Just as longs as Henrik continues to show who the best tender in the league is.

We better beat the Islanders. If for no other reason than to keep a 2 game losing streak from blossoming into a possible 5 game losing streak (I donít think we stand a chance against Ottawa and am 50/50 on our chances against the Canes).

This is Classic HF, one loss and it all goes to hell, we need to fire and trade everyone and then one win and the Rangers have the cup, it's theirs.

This board is like an old man - senile as hell .

Islanders are a good team, Devils are a good team, Flyers are a good team, Pens, well, should be a good team. I understand the rivalry between the Islanders and Rangers, so please don't flip out on what I'm going to say.

The Atlantic is the most competitive division this year. Every game is going to count, but there's no shame in losing to an Atlantic team, because every game's going to be an all out war.

Yeah, but pointing it out at every turn is as trivial as jotting down how many times a day you pass a person who has hair. It's to be expected.

May be. The reason for concern is unhappy Jagr. If Straka is our cornerstone, we could be in trouble. Martin is an awesome player but health has never been his strength.

You guys are right, BUT... NY fans expect the very best -- this is not a secret, new thing. Since the lockout, we've been a good team... at those times when we "slumped" and were merely an abovfe-average team, everyone was down.

This is a city where top-notch is the standard. Naturally, we're harder on our own teams than outsiders are.
