Here's to keeping our win-loss-win-loss thing alive. Go Flyers.

Saturday, December 15

5:15 p.m.
Flyers defenseman Kimmo Timonen will miss tonight’s game against the Carolina Hurricanes with a lower body injury. He is listed as day-to-day.

Defenseman Derian Hatcher, who has missed the last two games with a sore right knee, will return to the lineup.

I guess it will be:

Smith-Coburn
Kukkonen-Jones
Hatcher-Picard ( I think they played together last year)

It better not include Fitzpatrick in the lineup, that's all I can say.

if Picard is getting his shot tonight then that is good..

Fitzpatrick should just stay in the AHL for the rest of the year

True, having an all star defenseman like Fitzpatrick should really help the young defenseman on the phantoms.

The real question is who is better, the All Star Defenseman or the up and coming Phantom defenseman?

Dragon Master vs. Dragon Son?

Carolina played a pretty physical game last night against Calgary; with JG in net, as long as the Flyers come out with energy, they could put this game away early

easier said than done, obviously, especially with the Flyers poor first period history this season

All the signs point to a Flyers' win but those signs did with the Dallas game, too. With New Jersey losing today and the Devils on the schedule tomorrow, this game takes on added importance.

We are buzzing let's keep this up.

I noticed Kaps got some shifts with Carter and Upshall last game, I don't see any reason to break up that Tolpeko-Carter-Upshall line though that was doing quite well.
