After his coaching staff put the Rangers through a brief 45-minute practice Wednesday without.........Petr Nedved (dizziness)
Sounds like PCS could be setting in for Petr. If he and Lindros (flu) are out tonight, could be real, REAL ugly.

Could the Caps be throwing Gonchar's name around in order to get us to take Jagr?

That Doul kid should have got more then a game, his intent to inure warranted atleast a couple. It was a step down from a sucker punch. I wish he had played and we had kicked his a**. This league sure needs to lose the instigator and fast! The refs cant police so lets let the players (again).

If Lindros is out tonight, that'll be horrible for our chances.

Id Nedved is out tonight,....meh. He hasn't done a thing all year

BTW- I'm not saying we should make the trade, but having Jagr on this team wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, either. Rangers don't have anybody (or at least a winger) that can finish, and with Bure out, Jagr could help alot in that area. He could also just be another AK27. Washington would have to eat ALOT of salary though either way.

Maybe, but having on this team for 5 more years definitely is the worst thing in the world.

Having 3 more goals than Messier at this point in the season hardly makes one a ?finisher? in my book.

Financially, no.

Every other aspect, yes.

If the $$ problem was worked out to something more reasonable, I'd replace Carter with Jagr everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.

Even though, I kinda planned on shipping Anson over to Tampa for the Bulin' Wall, but I suppose we could throw somebody else over there for him instead....but then again, who the hell am I?

Dunham is starting to scare me. Bulin might not be such a bad idea. It would be great if we could get Bulin and Kubina.

Remember what the FLU meant to Scott Stevens.

It's a step up from anybody else we have, and also keep in mind that Washington is in even worse shape then we are (if that's possible).

It's most certainly a gamble, and I'm not trying to suggest that it's a gamble worth taking anyway. Just daydreaming about what it would be like to have somebody that has the ability to bury the puck in the net at will.

I second this. Dunham is getting us nowhere and we need to either get Markkanen starting and carrying the load or make a trade for a goalie and ship Dunham out.

Three places off the top of my head are Buffalo-Biron, Noronen and Miller. San Jose-Nabokov and Toskala. TBAY-Khabibulin and Grahame.

Again with the negativity KN - I actually thought the same thing when I heard he has symptoms of the flu.

it doesnt matter how many "Scorers" we have out there if this team can't set plays up and can't play defense for 3 periods.

besides you just know jagr is gonna come here and then get knocked out because of his groin.
