Yusky back to Philly.

I hope he brings some of those goodies from Mickie D's in
Moscow with him.As we have acquired a taste for profit too.

It would be so cool to have Yushkie back. THIS guy is a warrior! He would have made a better job than Bundy, that's really sad Clarkie didn't keep him last year.

Since he's played in the Russian league, he'd have to clear waivers, so we probably wouldn't get to us.

kind of surprised that Clarke didn't at least make an attempt to resign him, he played his ass off for us. That's sort of a slap in the face to him, but oh well, the show must go on!

Yusky

In the TSN article about the Flyers and their current position with D-men, it does say Clarke has talked with Yusky's agent about possibly returning to the NHL. His contract with the Russian team would more than likely be very hard to get around though.

Pressing too hard on the blackboards again, eh?

In other news, did anybody catch Lindros's knockout of Joe Thornton today?

Yeah, that was pretty sweet. I really didn't expect Lindros to give Thornton a whuppin' like that. Thornton left with a broken cheek bone or something like that.

He'd have to finish the season for his Russian Super League team and then clear waivers in the NHL to be able to return.

Yushkevich--they could sign him. And the Russian League contract wouldn't be hard to get around, just pay up. But then he'd have to go through waivers, and another team would probably grab him. Just like the Penguins and Steve Webb.

What is with the ****** waiver rules? They seem to be set up to hurt teams by allowing lesser teams to help themselves.
