Give Steckel Back!!!

Kings fan here....

How's Steckel been doing? Looking at the stats, it seems he's earned a regular roster spot.

Do you love him?

Do you hate him?

Do you even care?

IMHO, it was a mistake for the Kings to let him go.

Love him - Great on face offs - hard working - wish he could connect on some more of his scoring chances but hopefully that will come.

Steckel has been very good defensively for the most part. I for one am happy with his play. He's one of the better penalty killers and pretty solid on face offs. No we won't give him back!

Steckel has been awesome. Him and Gordon on great together on a checking line, and Steckel has great reach, and great on the face-offs, and He's not slow, like some people said he was.

Ok, yes he is slow, but some people were saying he was to slow to play in the NHL.

The term lumber fits mr steckel. however, the great improvement in the caps pk is a mesh of steckel and schultz and their combined reach. which is just ridiculous in lenth.

Seems to me that Boudreau is convinced Steckel can score. Here's hoping.

Just wait until Finley makes it to the NHL. Shultz(6'6) Steckel(6'5) Finley(6'7) All we need is another tall defensive forward.

Boudreau's basing that on the fact that Steckel scored 30-31-61 for him last year. Whether he can score 15 goals in this man's league... that's another matter. He's probably a PK specialist and a good one, at this level, who will pot the odd goal. Production is a bonus with everything else he gives you.
