Bauer One90 vs. Warrior AK27 shaft.

I'm wondering what you guys think is the better shaft, for it's money. The Warrior shaft at 60$, or the Bauer at 80$

or

The Warrior seems like a deal to good to be true.

Warrior makes a good product, however, be warned that that particular shaft runs pretty short. If you're like me (6'4") using most Warrior two-piece combos isnt an option.

If its short you could always find a longer blade maybe and add an extension to it. but the AK shaft is an awesome shaft im looking myself to buy it i am trying to find people who wanna go in on a pack of them becuase it makes them alot more cheaper.

I use an easton T-Flex shaft, which is a tapered shaft that was designed to use T-Flex blades, which were regular length, instead of the shorter blades for tapered shafts that came later. I use a longer end plug in it, but they end of breaking like clockwork every 5 months or so. It's getting quite annoying. So I wouldn't necessarily suggest that.

AK-27 is just the sexiest stick ever invented.

No actually it would be quite tall. I'm 5'11'' and it was a perfect match. No cutting or anything.

Better warranty....

Warrior sticks should be warrantied right at the dealers, Bauer has the "you send it back to Bauer" warranty. I use a 1 piece but I've heard nothing but good things about the AK-27.

Bauer was good when they were inno, now Warrior is inno.

therefore, warrior > bauer

In the case of the Warrior AK27 Clear, it doesn't carry a warranty because it is considered a Pro-Stock shaft.

they've been very selective in their marketing...Warriors are ALL over Montreal but out here in Vancouver i have yet to see one.

As for the sticks:

the one90 one-piece is the best stick i've ever used. I got a pro-return and its been unbelievable. Not sure how the shaft is, but i don't think you could go wrong with it.

The AK-27 is IMO the best value shaft out there...i used it before the one90 and it was definitely not lacking in performance. I would even suggest saving the money on the shaft by going with the Warrior and spending that extra dough on a good blade (ironically the one90 blade was the best one i've used as well)

seriously though, i think both of these sticks are great and i doubt you can go wrong with either
