[QUOTE=RCallahan43;11913308]I think u can change goalies only if the other goalie got hurt. Save by Lundqvist.

No, you can swap goalies each time i thought

Avery to start the shootout? Really?

Bottom line, we didn't get ANY breaks in this game. There must have been 9 seperate posts/crossbars hit during this game. I'm just glad this Western Canada swing is over and we don't go anywhere west of Pittsburgh from here on out. I'll take the point because I don't think we deserved it anyway.

On the plus side, Lundqvist played his best game since the Hurricanes game, so that's good to see.

Leave Prucha who has sick moves on the bench and go with......drumroll....Avery? I still need to pinch myself to make sure I just saw what I saw.

LMAO when they needed to go high (Gomez) they went low. When they needed to go low they went high (Jagr).

Weird game: By the way we played for the majority of the game, we deserved to win or at least get a point...yet stupid penalties cause us to be really really lucky to steal one

we did not deserve a point tonight after that 3rd period.

that was just a despicable display of a complete lack of caring, and understanding the importance of not taking dumb penalties.

i sincerely hope Hollweg gets suspended for that hit. it was flagrant, disgusting, and there is NO room in this game for that kind of a play.

If Prucha and Hossa were out there and didn't score you'd then be crying "why were they out there?" Why not x or x or x or x? god. there is no pleasing most of you.

No shanney cause he's hurtin...same with Straka.

Garon was great that game, as was Lundy. Thought Dubi and Gomez were the best forwards and Staal looked really good as well.
Hollywood needs to sit for a few at the least

it sux about the loss and at least we got one point on this road trip. But on another note, Im watching the end of the Sharks game and they are naming the 3 stars, and the sharks players are handing out sticks to the fans like the rangers do with the pucks. I find that intresting that they would use sticks. id rather have a stick than a puck, maybe the Rangers saving their cash for Marian Hossa

There were better healthy options outside of Avery for the shoot out...

Renney should be fired for this one. You have Hossa and Prucha on the bench and you send out Avery? Is he stupid?

In all fairness to Garon he made 3 really good saves there. Gomez, Avery and Jagr all made pretty nice moves.

I'm pretty sure Pru and Hossa have the best shootout % on the team so I doubt people would we complaining if they were there

Thanks for guessing how I would feel....but i have to disagree. Hossa and Prucha have statistically been in our top 3 Shootout percentages over the past 2 years. Sooooooooooooo, I wouldn't argue if he put them out there. Actually I think Hossa's only worth on this team is for shootout.

But hey...Let's put Orr out there in addition to Avery next time, this wasy Renney's "Orr" project will be complete.
