rockies stars...

i'm thinking about getting a rockies jersey but i want a na me on the back.i'm too young to remember anyone but lanny macdonanld.who else played for the rockies.i don't care how long they played there.

Well, I suppose you could go with Wilf Paiement (led the team in scoring from '77 thru '79), or Rob Ramage... Maybe Bobby Schmautz, though he was more identifiable as a Bruin or Canuck. Solid scorer, and not a bad name, either.

Yeah and just wear that in front of Don Cherry, I'm sure his blood pressure will rise

The best Rockies jersey I saw at the All Star Fan Fest a couple years a go was a Quenneville Rockies jersey

If you are stilling looking for people's suggestions, I say Lanny McDonald's #9 with a captain's "C." Chico Resch's #1 would a nice alternative if you admire goalies. Resch is a collector of hockey sweaters himself.

Wilf Paiment would be more appropriate for a Kansas City Scouts sweater.
