Parity is intertesting in a holistic sort of way..........I'd rather be a dominating team that everyone (else) is tired of watching win.

Im routing for the whole atlantic divison to make it, might be a long shot but it could happen.

I think it would make a great playoff atmosphere. Good luck to you guys aswell.

very good teams do not miss the playoff.

to even think that they do, or would, in a league where over half the teams make the playoffs, is laughable.

Yeah, I don't know how good a team can really be if they don't make the playoffs, but it's not impossible that a team misses out due to being in a very deep conference.

Last year Colorado missed the playoffs out west, yet had more points than the Rangers, Lightning and Islanders who all made the playoffs in the east.
