Why scratch Malik for this game?

Renney is an idiot. Malik was playing fine. I thought Mara was to blame for a couple goals last night, maybe Lundqvist but not Malik. It's his fault they lost this game.

it's not exactly a win vs win situation with either two the only bright side is they both are free agents at the end of the year. should they both continue to down slide i really can't see why you wouldnt bring up Pock and Baranka...

malik was why lundqvist was god awful tired in the shootout yesterday..

his inability to clear the puck or just hold onto it with less than 10 seconds to go in OT made lundqvist work extra harder and left him out of gas facing kessel, chara

blaming Malik for a shootout goal is a huge stretch (his stick broke anyways)

and the daily threads about Renney's stupidity for his inclusion/exclusion of Malik in the lineup are getting pretty old.

shoulda just held onto the puck then..

blaming malik is getting old, but to answer why renney scratched him today, i think that was probably the main reason why

No one on the Rangers D is playing well.

I will say that benching Malik at this point says little to the team. Its not like thats going to wake anyone up at this point.

at this point, we should bench the whole damn team.

They flat out gave up in the 3rd (not the 3rd line though), and that is inexcusable.

I think Micheletti said that as well, but with 10 seconds left, I'd like him to fire the puck down ice instead of dicking around with it in the defensive zone.

I don't think it was for shock value, I think he just wanted to dress his six best defencemen.

I hope you're speaking figuratively

Already a malik thread. No reason for another one.
