Outdoor Rink

I have a game at an outdoor rink coming up. What can be worn under my gloves and helmet to stay warm and not interfer with my play? I am sure there are some tricks out there.

I played at about -7 in normal gear and didn't feel cold at all. Looks like we generate a lot of heat when we play hockey.
