Ilves - HIFK 3:4

Granlund 1+1 and again player of the match.

He now has 8 points (2+6) in 8 games. And that as a -92 born!!

21 posts from him and the few I've seen is just bla bla everybody sucks etc.

I'm kinda surprised how good Granlund has started the season but it's a long season for a kid. So far so good!

I think skillswise he is comparable to Dan Hinote

Future 4th liner / AHL Player, like most finnish players.

Like the near 40 players in the NHL right now? You know that is quite a lot of players from a country of 5 million people.

This coming from a guy who first compares Rajala to Martin St. Louis, and now 6 months later seems to be of the opinion he won't even make the show?

I wonder if you even remember Dan Hinote

One question to the guys who have critisized Granlund, have you guys seen him play?

I'm not saying the boy is ready for NHL or anything, because he is still physically quite weak, and he needs to improve his skating. Other than that, comparisons to Saku Koivu are quite accurate. They're both small, neither of them are afraid of going into corners, and both of them do hit other players.

Grandlund has played better than his points may imply, which is great already. He would have even more points, if Ramstedt or Ahtola could score better from Granlund's excellent passes. Game time logged per game is 'only' 14:22, so the point per game isn't that bad.

Most of hes assists has been very lucky, wouldn't be surprised if these were hes last points. A Blue-line assist + shot = lucky goal = "excellent assist".

In the game where he had 3 assist, everyone of em were crap. You can't say that they were "excellent passes" or else you don't know what you're talking about

What i've seen, He is slow, has a VERY weak shot and C-grade hockey sense. 4th line, here we come!

I don't think he should leave, everyone has a right to their opinion. Anyways, he brings more laughter to the world, what's wrong with that? Everyone should be as funny and the world would be a much better place.

Pulkkinen is playing in the 1st line.

No guys he's totally right. Pfft, what 17 year old does't score a point per game against former NHLers nearly twice his age. Everyone is doing it and this kid only has 8pts in 9 games!? This guy sucks!!!

Granlund 0+0 and Pulkkinen 0+0 but what a boring game from Jokerit, they couldnt keep up so they decided to play defense

Granlund made few great passes and had good scoring chance. And damn Pulkkinen couldnt score after he deeked past the defender nicely, was so close. That would've been goal of the season.
